Photos of the rooms in question, rough dimensions if you have them, and whether you rent or own. Mention noise constraints or neighbours if acoustics matter.

If you need an NDA
Ask in the first email. We sign reasonable mutual NDAs before exchanging floor plans or sensitive business context.

Do you work outside Amsterdam?
Yes, for select remote documentation and multi-day visits. Travel and lodging are quoted transparently in the proposal.
Can you recommend contractors?
We share vetted partners when asked, always as introductions—not commissions. You hire and contract them directly.
What if I only want a routine PDF?
We scope lighter deliverables when structure drawings already exist. Say so upfront to skip discovery you do not need.
How is data handled when I use the form?
The form checks your entries locally in the browser, then sends you to our thank-you page. It does not replace end-to-end encryption. We process submissions under our privacy policy. For confidential attachments, wait for our reply and use an encrypted channel we agree on.
