Introduction
This policy applies when you visit our website, send us a message, or interact with optional tools that rely on analytics or marketing technologies after you consent. We aim for proportionate collection: we process what we need to respond, secure the site, and improve it responsibly.
If you engage us for paid services, additional terms and a separate privacy notice may apply to project files and on-site work. This page still governs general website processing.
Controller & scope
The controller is Skyxaronix, De Ruijterkade 24A, 1012 AA Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can reach our privacy contact at contact@skyxaronix.world or by telephone at +31 20 235 7822.
We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and we respect parallel privacy frameworks where they grant you comparable protections.
Data we process
- Contact & inquiry data
- Name, email address, free-text message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box on the form. We may retain internal notes that paraphrase your request.
- Technical & usage data
- Server and security logs may include IP address, approximate location derived at regional level, user agent, referring URL, timestamps, HTTP status, and bytes transferred.
- Cookie & similar data
- Strictly necessary storage may include session identifiers required by the hosting stack. Optional analytics or marketing tags create additional identifiers only after you opt in through our cookie interface.

Purposes & legal bases
- Responding to inquiries — GDPR Article 6(1)(b) pre-contractual steps at your request, and Article 6(1)(f) limited follow-up where necessary.
- Site security & abuse prevention — Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in protecting infrastructure, balanced against your rights.
- Analytics & product insight — Article 6(1)(a) consent via the cookie banner or settings modal.
- Marketing measurement — Article 6(1)(a) consent; you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Legal compliance — Article 6(1)(c) where a statute compels retention or disclosure.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is justified by an active project, unpaid invoice dispute, or legal claim. Aggregated analytics may be stored in depersonalised form for longer. Server logs roll off after approximately ninety days unless an incident investigation requires a narrow extension.
Cookie consent strings stored in your browser remain until you clear site storage or revisit preferences. We do not use those records to profile individuals beyond honouring your choices.
Recipients & international transfers
We use infrastructure and communications providers that act as processors under Article 28 GDPR. They may be located in the European Economic Area or in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission. Otherwise we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards and assess transfer impact where required.
We do not sell personal data. Any future corporate reorganisation would be communicated where mandated, with continuity safeguards for your information.
Security measures
We apply role-based access, least-privilege accounts, separation of environments, encrypted transport (HTTPS), vendor due diligence, and periodic review of who may view inboxes containing contact submissions. Paper files, if any arise from studio work, are stored in locked cabinets with restricted keys.
No online system is flawless. If we discover an incident that risks your rights, we will notify supervisory authorities and affected individuals when the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to certain processing, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies without penalty. To exercise rights, email us with enough detail to locate your data. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests.
You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another EU supervisory authority where you live or work.
Other provisions
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects regarding website visitors.
Children
The site is aimed at adults planning spatial or routine services. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen without parental authority.
Third-party sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy statements apply once you leave skyxaronix.ddd.
Changes
When we materially update this policy, we adjust the hero date by publishing a new version and, where appropriate, provide an additional notice on high-traffic pages.
Online advertising & measurement platforms
We may use online advertising (for example Google Ads) to reach people interested in spatial planning or routine documentation. Advertisements must match the services described on this website; we do not promote restricted products or misleading offers.
When you allow analytics or marketing cookies through our cookie banner, third-party providers such as Google may process technical data (for example device identifiers, approximate location, and interaction events) to measure visits, conversions, or ad performance. That processing is governed by your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) where required. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings or your browser.
Google’s privacy statement for advertising and measurement is published at https://policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses cookies in advertising is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
If we use Google Analytics or similar products, IP addresses may be truncated and reports are used in aggregate to improve content—not to profile individuals beyond what the tool’s settings allow.
