By accessing skyxaronix.world you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site. We may update the terms periodically; continued use after the hero date changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version for non-material tweaks, and we will highlight substantive changes where practical.
What the site offers
The website presents information about Skyxaronix, an Amsterdam-based studio focused on spatial structure and daily routine planning. Descriptions are illustrative; they are not offers capable of acceptance until confirmed in writing with scope, fees, and schedule.
No public page creates a client relationship. A signed proposal or statement of work is required before we owe you deliverables.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
- Do not harvest email addresses or personal data from the site.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Skyxaronix or impersonate staff.
- Do not use automated scraping at volumes that degrade performance.
- Respect intellectual property and trademark rules when quoting our materials.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, text, layout, graphics, and downloadable templates shown for marketing belong to Skyxaronix or licensors. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires written permission.
Client-specific deliverables transfer according to the contract governing that engagement, not these website terms.

Outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not control external services and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Embedded maps or video players may set their own cookies subject to those providers’ policies.
Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free pages. Suggestions about materials, lighting, or routines are general in nature and must be validated against your building rules, lease, and professional advisers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Skyxaronix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential loss arising from site use. Our aggregate liability for direct damages connected solely to gratuitous browsing is limited to one hundred euros unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be capped.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Amsterdam have jurisdiction, subject to immovable consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in the EU.
If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable and the invalid clause is replaced by one closest in economic intent.
Advertising, landing pages & truthful presentation
If you arrive from a search, display, or video advertisement, the destination must reflect the same business, services, and geography as the ad. We do not use “bridge” pages that hide contact details, business identity, or material limitations of our services.
Pricing is not completed on this public site; quotes and written proposals state fees, taxes where applicable, and what is included. We comply with applicable Dutch and EU rules on commercial communication and unfair practices to the extent they apply to our sector.
