Return & refund policy

We work mainly with advice, drawings, and digital routine kits. This policy explains how cancellations, deposits, and corrections fit together.

1 Scope

This document applies to professional services invoiced by Skyxaronix, including remote consultations, on-site assessments in the Netherlands where offered, and downloadable summaries we produce for you. Retail goods are not a core offering; if we occasionally source an item on your behalf, return eligibility follows the supplier’s policy stated on your invoice.

Nothing here limits statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.

2 EU consumer withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing services remotely, you may have fourteen days to withdraw under EU rules unless you requested immediate performance and acknowledged that the right is lost once we begin. Custom digital files delivered during that window may reduce the refundable portion corresponding to work already completed.

3 Deposits & rescheduling

Deposits reserve calendar time and cover initial research. If you cancel before kickoff and no bespoke research artefacts have been shared, we refund the deposit minus payment processing fees within fourteen days. After we deliver preliminary findings, the deposit becomes non-refundable but may be credited toward a later phase if you postpone rather than cancel.

One good-faith reschedule is included if you notify us at least forty-eight hours before a booked session. Repeated changes may incur an administration fee stated in your proposal.

4 Digital deliverables

PDFs, CAD exports, and routine booklets are deemed accepted when delivered to the email address you provided unless you report objective errors—incorrect dimensions transcribed from your file, wrong unit labels, or broken hyperlinks—within seven days. We remedy those issues without additional fees.

Subjective taste differences or a change in your brief after sign-off are handled as a new engagement or a paid addendum, not a defect.

5 Revisions & quality

Each proposal lists how many revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are billed at the hourly rate in your contract. If we materially miss a written specification, we will correct it within the original scope before discussing extras.

6 Refund timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen days unless your bank’s settlement cycle takes longer. We do not charge restocking fees for services, though third-party processors may retain non-refundable charges disclosed at checkout.

7 Chargebacks & mediation

Contact us before initiating a card dispute so we can share delivery logs and attempt good-faith resolution. Chargebacks slow everyone down and may incur recovery costs where permitted.

8 How to reach us
